2nd day of the holidays,
and it's already getting boring. -.-

went to Mervin's crib to slack today,
played guitar, tried to teach but failed.
and that Derrick, either playing DotA or Beats, lifeless. LOL!
and I and Joan browsing through some "makan" website for nothing (yum yum!)
before going out to catch a movie,
a movie which I longed to watch for a very very long time.



YES! "Money Not Enough 2"!
so WOLS right? LOL!
my classmates caught it on 8 August
and I lagged for 20 freaking days! HA!
funny, but not until hilarious,
and this show reminds me of my ah-ma. ):
brings back memories. ):

anyway, this show really sets me thinking.
why can't we, Singaporeans, be easily contented?
why is money so important in Singapore?
can we really not survive in Singapore without money?

thinking of it,
if we only had 10 cents,
we could only mildly make a 3-minute public phone call
and nothing else, I guess.
back in the days, 10 cents could fill your stomach!
is it all about inflation? I don't know, I have yet to touch on that. LOL!

and I was so touched by what the "Mother" did.
she actually used her life to save her grand-daughter.
poor thing, but I respect her nobleness so much.

yes, back to the 1st question.
something came across my mind.
"wah. go school very sian. now holidays, also very sian."
but think again,
"but why am I whining? I should be contented to have holidays,
and even more to have the chance to study!"
now I know what 身在福中不知福 is.

I'm currently financially tied down,
which is a serious problem.
see? that's what I mean, you can't survive in Singapore without "ka-chings"!
now I can't go out at all, I guess. sad ):
