okay, first things first. SPU training camp, or SPU training "day" for me.
why? 'cause didn't attend the last 2 days of training due to some reasons.

so what happened on the only and very day?
er. 6 hours under the sun? more burnt than the Sunday Sentosa trip, duh.
and I'm like freaking "black" now, like Danial. opps!
great improvement on my backhand, which is superb! credits to Linus, my saviour!
and more stable throws on tight D, fast yet accurate decisions. strike and dump.



lol. poor illustration. Derrick should be able to understand, I suppose.
and hard D, home-away force D for mids, D for vertical stack.
and lastly and most importantly, COMMUNICATION.

fast-forward to today, which is just now.
tried to get my phone back but the person told me that it still can't be collected
'cause they need to replace a cable and that cable is out of stock -.-
so no choice! have to wait for the stupid SMS.

dinner at some restaurant in Jurong East
to celebrate my nephew's and my mum's birthday.
